Spencer is the Co-Founder of NaturAll, which he started with his wife to create a lasting positive impact through sustainable agriculture.
Growing up on a farm that focused on reducing chemical use, he developed an early appreciation for working with nature. Passionate about regenerative agriculture and soil health, Spencer expanded his knowledge by training in Australia with leading expert in RegenAG Greame Sait.
Today, he works closely with growers to restore soil health, rebuild ecosystems, and support long-term sustainability - empowering farmers to create healthier, more resilient environments for future generations.

Chiara is the other half of the founding Team at NaturAll, working alongside Spencer to bring their shared vision to life. While Spencer leads in the field, Chiara is the backbone of the business. She ensures everything runs seamlessly behind the scenes, managing day-to-day operations that keep NaturAll moving forward.

Emma is NaturAll's Lead Agronomy Consultant, specializing in broad acre and specialty crops, with a strong foundation in crop management and soil fertility. With hands-on experience across a wide range of crops and a passion for soil biology, she bridges the gap between conventional and regenerative agriculture - helping growers uncover the deeper connections that drive crop performance and long-term soil health.

John Slack is NaturAll's agromineral specialist who brings a unique blend of mining and agriculture experience to soil health and land evaluation. A fourth-generation miner, John spent over a decade in mineral exploration across northern Canada before applying those same geological principles to farming and soil analysis. Today, he supports growers by using advanced soil assessment techniques and agromineral strategies - helping unlock the full potential of agricultural landscapes through deeper understanding of mineral balance and soil function.
