We have exiting News - Emma joins us as an Agronomy Consultant specializing in broad acre and specialty crops!

Her passion for agronomy began during her time at the University of Guelph, where she worked as a crop scout for two summers starting in 2020, supporting growers across the Holland Marsh and Alliston region. Emma earned her Bachelor of Science in Agriculture majoring in plant and animal science from the University of Guelph in 2023. 

Following graduation, she began working as an agronomist gaining hands-on experience in crop management and soil fertility across a wide range of crops (onions, carrots, celery, beets, edible beans, IP beans, corn, soybeans, wheat, the list goes on!).

She has developed a strong interest in soil biology and the complex ecosystem beneath our feet. Emma is passionate about helping farmers think beyond conventional approaches by connecting deterministic agricultural practices with a more holistic understanding of plant and soil interactions. 

Her goal is to bridge the gap between traditional methods and biological systems, helping growers uncover the deeper connections that drive crop performance and long-term soil health.
